  • The Talent Acquisition Sr. Recruiter will be a critical team member of the Talent Acquisition team and will assist with the evolution of a world class recruiting function and its enabling processes.
  • The TA Sr. Recruiter will proactively manage the talent acquisition full life cycle recruiting process to include: staffing strategy, job posting, strategic sourcing, interviewing, guidance on the selection of the best candidate, generation and extension of offers and support for certain on-boarding activities.
  • The incumbent in this role will cultivate sources for top talent for Client on a special Commercial project, critical to the company’s future success.
  • Sourcing should include external pipelines and progressive methods through professional social networking sites, (such as Linkedin) to directly source, job fairs, specialized organizations, networking, and traditional recruitment methods.
  • Works collaboratively with Hiring Manager and HRBP’s in Commercial client area to develop comprehensive, multi-layered staffing strategies.
  • Ensures follow-up and follow through relevant to the staffing service level agreement.
  • Partners with client’s /line management to develop a comprehensive understanding of the essential skills and backgrounds to identify the most qualified candidates to build talent pools. 
Primarily responsibilities to include but not limited to the following
  • Source, screen and coordinate selection processes for assigned client areas.
  • Contribute proactively to the development of talent pipelines consistently.
  • Conducts pre-screening and in depth interview assessment and selection of applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Ensure candidate care, correspond with hiring managers and communicate with HRBP’s and other internal stakeholders to ensure a thorough and efficient pre-employment and onboarding process.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes utilize relevant HR systems to track candidate flows and manage employee records.
  • Remains informed of talent shifts in industry and implement recruiting plans based on those changes.
  • Work within ATS (Taleo) generating reports and running queries as required. 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required. 
  • Minimum 8 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience required, minimum of 2 years which should be supporting
