  • This is NOT and IT change management position, do NOT submit IT Change Managers. 
  • This project is focused on the business process. 
The project: 
  • Looking for someone that can work quickly and get up to speed fast! Will work in numerous timelines and projects.
  • This position will develop the strategy, roll out the strategy and create and manage the communications.
  • Will integrate across the organization, needs to have the ability to learn what departments/team members are tied and who are not.
  • Marketing background would be helpful, strong communications background is needed.
  • This is a business process role that will be managing the process change and behavioral change within in company. 
  • Must have biotech experience, do not submit candidates that do not have this experience. 
 Overall this project is focused on getting the CLIENT team members to learn and use the new software as well as migrate the data.
 
Job Summary:
  • The Change manager function is accountable for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans for critical change initiatives identified by the PO&T Clarity Implementation team.
  • This individual will design and implement process and change interventions (stakeholder engagement/ communications, capability building/ learning, stakeholder management, training etc.) that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable improvements to advance the CLIENT’s PO&T organization.
  • She/he will report to Associate Director, Portfolio & Program Management. In this role, he/she will act as the Change Management lead for a 12 month, multiphase platform implementation, interfacing with multiple departments to guide them through this global transformation across the year 2018.
  • This individual will drive change to maximize employee adoption of key initiatives and operating model change to increase value realization.
  • This individual should have the ability to articulate and propagate the value proposition of the project.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communications - 25 %
  • Building Change Leadership Capability - 10 %
Minimum Education Requirements: 
  • BS/BA with a minimum of 7 years or MS/MBA with a minimum of 5+ years of change management experience in PMO or Consulting, focus in Organizational Development and Change Management preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements:
  • Experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing or communication, training/performance support or organizational readiness
  • Experience with ERP/ Portfolio & Resource tools a plus
  • Consulting experience preferred (internal or external)
