Job Description:


Duties:
  • The manager HR Operations is respnsible for managing all HR resources related activities and programs for specific clent groups within the facility.
  • Develops and advocates new programs and directs their implementation upon approval.
  • Interfaces with management at all levels in order to understand and address any HR related areas of concern.

Major Accountabilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to in all HR-related activities such as recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, employee development, termination processes and general inquiries.
  • Partner with management to develop functional processes for client groups.
  • Interface with client area leadership to report on project and program milestones
And evaluate present project needs:
  • Helps develop, deploy, and drive company-wide program designed by HR Leadership team.
  • Accountable for providing alignment at the functional level to identify efficiencies, provide consistency, streamline processes, methodologies, and practices in Human Resources areas.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between associates and managers, associate-to-associate, as required.
  • Conduct and document investigations and assist management with resolutions.
  • Primary liaison for client groups on day-to-day issues. Perform transactional duties in the area of HRIS, compensation and training and development.
  • Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMP's, company policies, and all other quality or regulatory requirements (OSHA, DEA, FDA, EMEA, ANVISA, HS&E, etc.). Ensures all work is performed in a safe, effective manner, and in compliance with the appropriate industry and regulatory (FDA, DEA, OSHA) standards, and Departmental, Plant, and Corporate quality and Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) goals.
Skills:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Extensive experience in the fundamental of HR including recruiting, performance/talent management, emplyee relations, and policy administation.
  • Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment preferred. SPHR/PHR Certification preferred
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Advance Degree desired)
Certification and Licenses:
  • PHR Certification
