Job Description:
  • Pharmaceutical client Services Inc., a member of the Pharmaceutical client Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Research Specialist within our Sourcing department of Talent Acquisition in Pharmaceutical client Tampa, FL Global Service Center.
  • Pharmaceutical client Talent Acquisition is an organization which provides recruiting services to many of the Pharmaceutical client Operating Companies.
  • Our structure features a recruiting model which concentrates primarily on candidate selection, proactively identifying and attracting key talent for our open & pipeline positions across the enterprise.
  • The Research Specialist is responsible for executing talent identification sourcing strategies related to pipeline activities across multiple functions.
  • This individual works in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team to identify critical talent gaps related to specific geographic areas, functions, job grade and sectors.
  • S/he will conduct market research, develop competitive intelligence and aid in delivering insights and recommendations to the business.
  • S/he will proactively identify and recruit active and passive talent into the Pharmaceutical client Family of Companies. S/he will identify, evaluate, and manage proactive sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies and initiatives.
  • The Research Specialist will also manage several technology tools, resume databases, market intelligence tools, share point sites and will assist in piloting and/or testing of new technologies.
  • S/he will also provide guidance and/or access to these tools to the broader Talent Acquisition team
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of HR or business related experience OR an advanced degree and a minimum of 1 year of business related experience is required.
  • Previous experience working in corporate recruiting or search firm in a talent identification capacity is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Internet as a research and sourcing tool is strongly preferred.
  • Creative sourcing capabilities and techniques to identify talent, including social media resources/ platforms is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite of products is required.
  • Managing and presenting data in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and across a diverse group of individuals both internally and externally is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong presentation skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization and time management skills is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously with time sensitivity and sense of urgency is preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and drive for personal growth is preferred.
