Location: 100% onsite in Blue Bell, PA
Duration: 6-8 months with a chance to go perm.

Someone who has Technical Training Experience - someone who has taught people

Background with training on Cisco, IBM, SAP, Microsoft certification teaching experience, security, etc.
The Learning & Development Technical Content Developer is responsible for creating new and modifying existing self-paced courseware using industry-standard development tools, e.g. Storyline, Camtasia, MS Office.
This role requires collaboration with Client University peers, business and service line leaders and subject matter experts.
Course content is comprised of technical and cybersecurity-related topics.
This individual will work directly with the Client University lead consultant(s) and product management to design, create or update and implement training courses for Client associates and clients.
These programs may include online self-paced courses and virtual online training sessions and other methodologies and resources that support learning and retention.
Learning & Development Approach & Framework:
The position is responsible for participating in the definition and refinement of a holistic, global approach for learning & development to help build a strong delivery, service and support bench to distinguish Client in the marketplace.
The position is also responsible for implementing a continuous learning framework integrating formal and informal learning.
The role is responsible for implementing learning & development on sound design principles and a set of critical competencies.
The position is responsible for leveraging different instructional strategies for formal, social and experiential learning.
Ultimately, the goal is to accelerate the time to competence, support continuous improvement, and enhance effectiveness.
This individual is expected to maximize team engagement through participation and collaboration with other team members in the achievement of shared goals.
The individual is expected to focus on the success of the overall team by creating a collaborative team environment by supporting the efforts of others.
The individual will also provide balanced feedback to peers and management, and openly receive feedback from others.
CONSULTING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
5+ years learning consulting, design and delivery experience in a professional setting
Proven experience applying adult learning principles and developing organizational capability
Experience working with leaders to form and implement a learning plan
Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal
Self-starter, energetic and driven
Foundational knowledge of industry technical concepts and solutions such as cybersecurity, TCP/IP and Cloud (preferably AWS and Azure), basic operating system administration skills for Windows and Linux
Degree in a related field, facilitation and instructional design experience with technical and cybersecurity-related skills training (e.g. product and/or solutions training)
Project management experience
IMPLEMENTATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience designing self-paced learning content using Articulate Storyline (any version)
Experience creating and editing videos using Techsmith Camtasia Studio
Ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations, including animations and timings
Ability to host, present and record content using Adobe Connect and/or Skype for Business Preferred
Experience using other learning content creation tools (e.g. GoAnimate)
Basic graphic design ability (combine provided graphics and text in an appealing way)
Experience implementing any form of gamification in learning
Experience adding social components to learning
