Description:
  • Seeking experienced individual that will serve in a dual role as an administrator for our current instance of ServiceNow at UIL Holdings and serve as the project lead for Avangrid's transition from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow.
  • Project lead for global integration project. Responsibilities may include: technical planning, developing business and technical requirements, testing, quality assurance and transition of services Administrative support on ServiceNow platform for approximate 1,500 users.  
Modules include:
  • Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Discovery, OnCall, Project, CMS Portal, Facilities,
  • Performance Analytics, Reporting, Service Catalog, and Custom Applications.
  • Produce and maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, tech notes and testing.
  • Proactively make recommendations, present alternatives, and implement best course of action for technical solutions. 
Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of three years of experience supporting Service now instance.
  • Proven project management experience with ITSM implementation projects.
  • Requires understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes; the ability to work with global and remote teams; excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • BMC Remedy experience a plus Service Now or ITIL certification required
