Job Description:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain client equipment (e.g. Client/SUN/IBM Servers).
    Identify, analyze, and repairs product failures.
  • Maintain and order spare parts as needed.
  • Determine and recommend which product or services best fit the customers' needs.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures a plus.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Possess positive attitude and strong analytical skills
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently without supervision and within a team environment
  • Must possess a professional demeanor and the ability to develop effective working relationships with end users and stakeholders
  • Should be a good team player
  • Working experience with Hardware RAID (e.g. IBM ServeRAID, Client SmartArray, Dell PERC)
  • Working experience with Remote Access Cards (e.g. IBM IMM, Client iLo, Dell iDRAC)
  • Working experience with IBM BladeCenter
  • Working experience with Client BL\DL\Client series
  • Working experience with Dell PowerEdge series.
  • CompTia A+ and/or Server+ certification a plus.
