Manage new projects for client accounts—includes planning, organizing, controlling, and monitoring projects through the project life cycle. (M-F 9am - 6pm; 40 hours/week; unpaid lunch hr/day)
Primary Responsibilities:*
• Oversee project scope, cost, time, and quality; evaluate risks.
• Manage team of technical staff executing project jobs.
• Act as primary interface between client and Maintech to address project issues, including ticket review and billing.
• Ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide Maintech Director with weekly updates regarding client accounts and current and potential projects within Maintech's purview of operation.
• B.A. or B.S., preferably in management.
• PM certification required. PMP strongly desired. Other PM certifications for consideration include CAPM, CSM, etc.
• Six Sigma and/or ITIL Foundation certification a plus.
• Experience working within and building/growing a formal PMO structure strongly desired.
• 5+ years experience managing teams for mid-sized infrastructure and managed-services projects.
• Strong background in client-relationship management and business process improvement.
