Description:

Location: Charlotte, NC (starting as WFH given as of today our financial client is WFH until 2021 - with potential for limited in office pilots late Q1 / early Q2 – and new our financial client uptown CLT bldg. being ready come April/May) - 2-3 short trips to Fort Washington, PA might be required in 2nd half of 2021

Duration- 12 months +
 
Hours per week? typically I plan on 40 hrs

Focused on our financial client and Invest application processes and migrating to an integrated account open experience. So this is cross line of Business, high visbility effort. We created the following job description using a combination of consultant, project manager, process improvement specialist, and business analyst,:

Skills: typical project manager skills

(Support development of project deliverables such as writing business requirements, business process flows, project plan, monitor schedules, track dependencies, tracking/resolving issues and escalating issues/risks when appropriate.)  

Systems/tools: MS PowerPoint skills, MS Suite skills, Visio / process skills, Confluence/Jira preferred
Culture/soft skills: good inter-personal communications, attention to detail, diligently following up on action items, able to work independently and work through road blocks, organized, polished (polished communicator-may have the head of digital or head of client in their meetings)

PM Role Description:

Manage overall delivery of project and develop deliverables (Governance updates, weekly exec email updates, project roadmaps, business requirements, mtg agenda/minutes, TAR log, Decision Log, Risk/Issue Log) as Project Manager
Establish project execution structure: PM / WS support, ensure consistency/synchronization, integrated project plan (incl updates), timeline, dependencies, issue/risk mgt (incl. risk, legal)
Coordinate Project Status with key stakeholders during a recurring weekly project meeting. With notes and action items being shared to all attendees via Confluence. A high-level, condensed version of the program status is provided to executive on a weekly basis via email as well.
Facilitate project / workstream update and working sessions/meetings: agenda, minutes, timeline, overall project updates, etc.;
Actively engage call center, salesforce, deposits operations, legal/risk/compliance and marketing to understand impacts and coordinate activities as needed.
Utilize Jira, Scrum of Scrums, Demos, Digital Alignment, and other Digital routines etc. to gather Dig/Tech status

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory:
Top 4 requirements for this position: Deposits (Savings/Checking) and/or Brokerage/Wealth Mgt experience (Not just someone who has worked at a Bank), able to stand-up a new project and deliver from conception to implementation, knowledge of technology, and Able to work independently/polished communicator
