Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for a Global Logistics Sustainability Analyst. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Beaverton, OR
Job Description:


As the Global Logistics Analyst for Sustainability, will be responsible for partnering with Client's Logistics teams to drive Client's Sustainability agenda, inclusive of environment and labor. Will play a key role in reporting and metrics to support Client's Sustainability strategy. Will work with Global Logistics, Geographies and Affiliates, and as well as cross-functionally with Global Sustainability, Global Procurement, and others.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years' experience in business, logistics, operations, sustainability, or related field
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in Sustainability
  • Experience in analytics, reporting, and data visualization
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to drive results and thrive in a highly matrixed, cross-functional, cross-cultural, and complex organization
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex topics in a visually engaging and compelling manner to a variety of audiences
  • Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and influencing skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse personal styles
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with the Geography Transportation teams and DC teams on monthly carbon, energy, and waste data submissions and owning verification processes
  • Driving internal leadership reporting processes, including preparing relevant materials
  • Managing carbon reporting tools and data quality, as well as developing insights and actions based on analytics
  • Owning data and commentary submission process, as well as assurance efforts, for external Client , Inc. reporting
  • Coordinating with Global partners to maintain logistics facility and partner information
  • Orchestrating the collection, analysis, and archiving of compliance monitoring efforts
