Job Description
 Primary Skills:
  • Excellent working knowledge in Azure AD services
  • Execute complex technical activities for End to End Management of the global pre-production AD and production AD infrastructure.
  • Execute complex technical activities for End to End Management of the global pre-production AD DNS and production DNS infrastructure.
  • Execute complex technical activities for End to End Management of the global production WINS infrastructure.
  • Monitor AD, WINS, and DNS based trouble ticket queue during business hours
  • Resolve complex issues of AD, WINS, DNS related Trouble tickets
  • Support Pharmaceutical engineering team on complex issues to ensure high availability and recoverability of the AD, AD DNS and WINS Infrastructure
  • Support Pharmaceutical engineering team to Ensure that the deployment processes are adhered to
  • Planning and coordination with engineering team
  • Troubleshooting AD related complex issues during any application deployment
  • Incident and problem tickets response and resolution
  • Facilitation and execution of continuous process improvement
  • Creation and ongoing evolution of a consistent core body of knowledge
  • Work with other COEs and Pharmaceutical delivery organizations to improve delivered Active Directory, DNS and WINS infrastructure quality
  • Help Pharmaceutical in performance metrics collection, analysis, and reporting against defined SLAs
 
Secondary Skills:
  • 8-10 Years total IT experience
  • 5-6 years' experience in supporting Active Directory (Windows 2008 R2 & Windows 2012/2016)
  • Strong working knowledge in upgrade of DC's from 2008 to 2012; Windows 2016 AD knowledge is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on Active Directory Services
  • Expert troubleshooting skills on Active Directory Services
  • Expert skills on service pack and patch deployment
  • Expert technical knowledge on Domain, Partition, Replication, DC, FSMO, LDAP, KCC, Group Policies, DNS
  • Strong skills on networking concepts, Windows Operating System
  • Strong skill on scripting, support tools, WINS, FRS, Client, AD FS, DHCP etc
  • Strong skill on performance analysis
  • Familiarity working with client Service Center or equivalent incident management system
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies
