Job Description


Looking for candidate having strong experience in Project management. Good experience in direct client handling and coordination.

Technical Skills:

  • Having strong relevant 12+ years of experience development and people management.
  • Good experience in customers handling, coordination and support for issue analysis and resolving
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Insurance business processes.
  • Working knowledge in .net/Microservices, AWS technology is added advantage
  • Expert in Scrum, scaled agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Known for ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets
  • Enabling transition to Agile, Scrum or SAFe / Kanban from traditional methodologies
  • Formulation of Agile policies and processes, building a receptive environment for self-organizing teams for healthy growth
  • Have developed key agile Analysis and Governance practices & Metrics, which are essential for agile to be accepted by management and successfully adopted at the programme level.
  • Preparing Project Plan components and closely monitoring the deliverables and Milestones
  • Analysing business needs and transforming them into technical designs, applying technical skills and business knowledge to achieve sound results
  • Process mapping, business requirement , functional and technical specification, coding, design test script, test plan and go-live release notes
  • Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop high level project plans for implementation projects
  • Review all the deliverables from third party vendors and make sure the deliverables are in line with requirement; best practices defined for the project and meets the security standards.
  • Expertise in Project delivery includes development enhancements
  • Project management skills in line with PMI/PMP standards
  • Reporting- Includes Weekly Status Report, Monthly IT operations review representing the status of the projects under execution, challenges, risk and Mitigation plan
  • Understanding of General Insurance business processes.
  • Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle.
  • Ensures all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution

Process Skills:

  • Capable of analyzing requirements, creating Business requirements
  • Capable of understanding and reviewing software development life cycle
  • Capable of thinking and providing alternative solution
  • Reviewing the Proof of testing (POT) documents

Behavioral Skills:

  • Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
  • Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
  • Self-Motivated with strong delivery focus.


  • Somebody who has at least 12+ years of work experience in software development or support
  • Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
