Bulk Plant Manager

DESCRIPTION:
Provide operations management for our client's bulk fuel plant (petroleum & petroleum products) in Cincinnati, OH. Looking for an energetic leader with strong analytical, people management and resource management skills, who can position our client's facility for continued growth.
This is a full-time, salaried position which will work roughly 50 hours-a-week onsite at our client's Plant, located in the St. Bernard/Bond Hill area.


MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):
  • Manage plant in which petroleum & petroleum products are stored for distribution in bulk lots, formulating processes regarding storage, distribution, and other operating challenges.
  • Manage orders, payments, billing, pricing, and accounts receivables
  • Complete all DOT paperwork
  • Assist with dispatch
  • Manage the utilization of auto fill tanks, especially during home heating season
  • Assist with walk-in customers
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 10+ years' experience or training in the fuel industry
  • Leadership ability and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and be able to use common sense when problem solving
  • Experience with customer service training and skills
  • Working knowledge of computer skills for use on a daily basis
  • Qualified applicants will be asked to take proficiency tests in Microsoft Office, customer service, and data entry
