GPA is hosting an OPEN HOUSE Monday, 10/15/18 from 2-5PM and Tuesday, 10/16/18 from 9AM - 5PM for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS.  No appointment necessary; just be sure to bring your resume and references.

We have 20+ openings for Customer Service Reps and Consumer Services Specialists at a call center in Mason that supports multiple eye wear and sunglass retail brands throughout the world.  The Customer Service Representatives and the Consumer Services Specialists are an integral part of the Consumer Services Team which provide telephone, ichat and email support for eCommerce business.  We are looking for outgoing career-minded individuals because these roles are 90 day contract to direct with the first few weeks being paid training. 

Starting hourly base pay $13.62 plus monthly incentive bonuses up to $1000 per month! *****Average monthly bonus is $250 -$500****

EXPECTATIONS:
Associates must be able to adapt to a floating work schedule. Associates must exhibit excellent customer care, phone, communication and writing skills. They must be able to calculate figures and should have knowledge of basic Microsoft applications and the ability to learn other computer software applications.  Business hours of operation: 8:00am to 9:00pm

Training Hours: roughly 2- 4 weeks working 9:30 am- 6:00 pm.
Schedule: between 8 AM- 9 PM, Monday-Friday (Sundays and 1 weekday off each week). PLUS Saturday (9AM - 7PM)

Need candidates for all shifts from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
Schedules do change and typically there is opportunity to change shifts after a certain amount of time.

Job Requirements
  1. Candidates need to have some sort of customer service or call center experience (retail, food service, hospitality, telecommunications, etc.)
  2. Must be available to work during call center hours of operation: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
    1. CSR will work 4 weekdays and Saturdays; days off will be Sunday, plus one weekday
  3. Excellent phone etiquette, grammar and communication skills
  4. General computer skills and the ability to operate a computer while communicating with customers
  5. Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
