Business Database Analyst

Our client, a leading furniture dealer in West Chester, Ohio, is currently seeking a qualified Database Analyst to join their growing team. We are looking for someone desiring an opportunity to partner with our team to support the needs of the IT and Accounting Departments.       
The successful applicant must be well-organized, have a professional demeanor and be capable of multi-tasking.  Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Customize existing reports to company specifications
  • Develop/create new reports based on input from management
  • Become department expert on business application software
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues with business application software
  • Validate report data
Specific Job Skills
  • Strong Oracle database knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent SQL knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills, organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to execute timely
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology
  • Should have 3-5 years' experience
  • OBIEE 11g experience a plus
