lSupports Senior Copywriter with overall campaign messaging and ensuring continuity of the Client voice across all email programs.
lDeliver copy for interactive/eCommerce experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in conversion, revenue and customer retention for the store.
lWork with senior copywriter and designers to pair copy strategy with creative strategies, content and direction to meet business objectives of the Demand Generation email team.
lPartner with Email program managers to support marketing activities and ensure consistency between various email programs.
lParticipate in brainstorming sessions to develop multiple innovative copy solutions. Execute copy development of email marketing campaigns, ensuring all content is accurately represented and properly vetted before presentation of creative concepts.
l Stay abreast of the latest research and industry trends to keep on top of the ever-evolving realm of digital marketing.
l Provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.

Education and Experience Required:
l BA or BS degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing.
l Expertise and knowledge in the eCommerce space. Fluent in Photoshop, Adobe Creative suite, HTML, email, etc., including trends and technologies.
l 1 - 2 years of prior writing experience, or equivalent experience in interactive marketing.

Knowledge and Skills:
lSuperior writing and editing for the web – recognized for "near perfection” skills and often asked to edit the work of others.
lMust have a basic understanding of design principles, typography and advanced writing and editing for eCommerce.
lPassion for generating innovative and creative user experiences and ability to recognize fresh approaches to email advertising.
lKnowledge in email marketing and eCommerce concepts, direct marketing and CRM practices and procedures.
lRobust organization and project management skills.
lAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and be willing and able to react quickly to feedback.
lExcellent writing, presentation, editing and oral communications skills with acute attention to detail.
lFamiliar with mobile optimization, cross-channel marketing and best practices.
High levels of tact and diplomacy. Confident presenting and promoting creative solutions.
