The Clerk performs all reception area duties such as receiving incoming calls, taking messages, accepting deliveries, and greeting customers and clerical duties and/or provides entry-level administrative and clerical support.
Essential Duties:
• Provides Clerical Support to teams/departments
• Operates a single or multiple position telephone system
• Performs related clerical work such as word processing
• May utilize company intranet, paging, or other computer-based system
• Additional duties include filing, sorting, mail distribution, and completing special projects
• May set up and maintain files
• Maintains office supplies
• Prepares and sort mail
• May perform related clerical work such as word processing
• Researches and compiles special reports
• May be asked to assist with ad hoc projects
• May be assigned in various functional areas of the company

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Required 1-2 years clerical experience
• Verbal and written communication skills
• 1-2 years experience with MS Office
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Attention to detail required
