Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology
Full time BA position within a global technology department responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by our client. The department is comprised of 10 organizations: Sales, Banking & Corporate-Client Technology, Investment Products & Markets Technology, Client Reporting, Core Processing, Private and International Wealth Management Technology, Technology Integration Office, Enterprise Infrastructure & Production Management, Capital Markets Application & Data Services, Deployment Planning & Release Management, and the Chief Operating Office. Brokerage Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology works with large scale databases such as DB2 and SQL Server, proprietary and non-proprietary messaging software, a broad variety of vendor products, numerous financial exchanges and regulatory entities, and programming languages ranging from .Net and Java to Cobol and VB.Net.

Position Description
This team is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects across the Marketing, CRM, and Advisory mobile workspace within Brokerage Wealth Management. As a member of this team, you will be required to work with various other business and technology unit as a Business Analyst/Project manager to plan, lead analysis, and execute on multiple projects. The role will define the project's objectives, scope, and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, including refining business requirements and defining functional specifications.
Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree.
· 1-3 Years of relevant BA/PM experience
· Strong analytical skills & familiarity with the SDLC process
· Ability to manage requirements and expectations of different stakeholders
· Must have experience in Business Analyst common practices such as writing requirements documents (SRS, FRD), running JAD sessions, conducting defect triages, performing application testing, and providing release support.
· Experience in developing project scope, priorities, and managing technology deliverables.
· Experience leading meetings and managing project plan to defined timelines.
· Experience creating presentations, status reports, and road-maps
· Must be pro-active, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills.
· Self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment
· Experience in project management desired.
· Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
· Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
· Must be familiar with SDLC methodology such as Waterfall and Agile.
