Job Description:
The Associate in the Donations Processing department’s Deposit Capture area is responsible for operating high speed scanning equipment to capture images. To review and validate images that are captured to insure we have readable images.

• Conduct their work in such a way that supports the Shared Service Center’s six core values; Focus On The Customer, Teamwork, Excellence, Integrity, Innovation, and Initiative.

• Monitoring the LCD display for poor images as images are being captured

• Attention to detail, being able to visually scan information and identify bad images and improper form identification

• Scan documents on high speed scanning equipment

• Perform basic task in the batch area of the Deposit Capture Department

• Perform basic data entry tasks.

• Prep, removal and filing of documents in Probate area.

• General duties within the Shared Service Center as assigned.

• Maintain general business process knowledge of all products and services provided by the department.

• Keep the Deposit Capture area neat and orderly.

• Observe and adhere to all security policies and procedures.

• Cross-train in all aspects of document preparation; batching; data entry; and verification.

The candidate should posses the following skills: 1) Excellent command of keyboarding skills at a minimum of 225 key strokes per minute, (45 wpm) 2) A high level of accuracy in keyboarding, 98%+. 3) Able to locate training deficiencies in associates by observing their work performance. 4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a creative approach to communicating with other members of the team

The candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to candidates with post-secondary education or diploma from an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university.

5) Willingness and ability to be flexible.

6) Previous experience operating scanning equipment.

7) Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and Lotus Notes.

8) Working knowledge of Windows Explorer.
