Job Summary: The Inventory Analyst will assist with managing warehouse and point of use inventory. The position will be responsible for all aspect of the inventory process, assisting with inventory audits and the development of a proactive approach to inventory management. This includes performing cycle counts, providing cyclical and add hoc inventory reports, as well as ad-hoc inventory requests. The position also provides support to the Supply Chain team for Capital equipment Projects.
Additionally, the analyst will assist with monitoring inventory on a regular basis and provide feedback to the materials Management team regarding quality control issues (ECRI Recalls) and to the Supply Chain management team regarding product conversions inventory expiration and other inventory leakage.

Duties: Review CIMS Two-bin KanBan reports for Nursing unit replenishment to ensure that bins have been scanned empty and scanned full daily. Perform Bin Audits to monitor changes made to par levels, bin sizes, Out of Order, and item additions to the unit.
Team-player, must be available to fulfill multiple physical tasks if requested. Build code carts, stock warehouse shelves.
Reporting on cold and hot bin reports. Working with management on adjusting inventory on slow moving products and fast moving products.
Review and prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Assist the Inventory Manager on cycle counts and analyze and correct discrepancies. Assist the Inventory Manager on Physical Inventories and auditor inquiries.
Work in PeopleSoft and requests for utilization reports.

Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and job related work experience.

Experience required: Four or more years job related experience.

Other requirements:
? Ability to prepare and present variance and ad hoc reports to Supply Chain Management.

? Excellent quantitative and analytical Skills.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

?Detail oriented, accurate and able to achieve deadlines.

Preferred:
? intermediate skills in Oracle or SAP.
? Advanced level skills in MS Office and MS Outlook.
