Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
  • • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IS / MIS , Business or Human Resources
  • • 8 or more years of experience in HR applications; Oracle/Oracle Fusion, Taleo, Success Factors, etc. preferred
  • • 5 or more years of configuration/implementation experience
  • • 5 or more years of relevant experience in program and project management Preferred Qualifications:
  • • Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments – great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • • HCM Oracle and Fusion experience – including ability to complete new configuration based on community guides
  • • A strong background in Human Resources applications and the ability to think with a systems "mindset ", uses technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies, experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources
  • • Strategic view, able to perform cost benefit analyses, accurately assess risk, forecast both long and short-term outcomes, and evaluate the implications in a complex business environment
  • • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances – solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
  • • Must have a level of proficiency with Microsoft products/tools (excel, exchange, etc.)
  • • Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent employee experience
  • • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to interface with multiple levels of organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations
  • • Ability to coordinate multiple projects across time zones and cultures and react quickly to changing priorities, and prioritize work
  • • Ability to work in a cross-functional team as well as independently, with minimal supervision
  • • Strong background in data integrity, analytics and knowledge of system control practices
  • • Ability to be both detail-oriented and a conceptual thinker a plus, being well-organized a must

Responsibilities:
Manager will lead and execute HR systems initiatives to build scale, efficiency, and a great employee experience. They will work with Technology Dir., HR CoE's, IT, and other functions, as appropriate to understand strategy, requirements and timelines and map those to HR Technology roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams through design, delivery and implementation of new tools and services as well as planning for change management and production support. The manager will drive project deliverables, provide escalation management, deliver regular communications to project stakeholders, and manage assigned project resources. Specific responsibilities will include: • Deliver Solutions – Implement global technologies and services to meet long term HR needs; partner with HR Tech Dir. and HR IT teams on system design and gap analysis, prioritization of critical initiatives and resources, and make vs. buy evaluation • Project Management – Develop project plans, secure resources and drive project schedule; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables • Communication – Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues and risks including regular status update and periodic white paper analysis; provide pre and post launch communications to impacted teams • Business Requirements – Coordinate the collection of business requirements and the documentation of system configuration and integration specifications, test plans and use cases • Change Management – Lead the execution of the communication and training strategy, coordination of activities, and development of materials. • Implementation – Direct the rollout of new tools and systems to teams including delivery of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, training materials and post-launch support resources. • Measurement – Develop measures to define progress and success; establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators for confirming return on investment; maintain project budgets and forecasts.
