Description:
The Clients Content Discovery team is looking for a smart, creative, and results-oriented marketer to help meet our business objectives through the creation of new and ongoing customer experiences, highlighting our audio content. The right candidate will demonstrate a highly creative and editorial mind, a sound business sense, a powerful attention to detail, an ability to work quickly and under pressure, strong writing skills, and a knack for getting things done in close collaboration with the, creative, CRM, social, and business affairs teams within the company. In this role they will execute end-to-end editorial and promotional customer-facing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue, and will implement business data to analyze campaign results and title-specific performance.
Responsibilities include:
  • Conceiving and creating new content discovery programs and promotions, maintaining standards and creativity of Clients s editorial voice
  • Executing highly visible editorial features, with an always-on holistic eye to our multi-surface and multi-channel member experience
  • Building promotional pages, emails, and incentives using our suite of system tools, in partnership with our CRM and marketing operations teams
  • Deploying content marketing communications and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase long-term member retention.
  • Curating a thoughtful discovery experience for our members, with a constant eye to iterating and improving the overall member experience.
  • Using data and analytics to maximize the strategic value of featured content, and report on the results of campaigns Requirements:

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in online marketing/merchandising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for books and pop-culture, with a strong editorial sense
  • Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Proficient knowledge MS Office
  • Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • E-commerce experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the publishing industry
  • Basic HTML skills and a general understanding of web development
