Identifies necessary job duties, qualifications and skills for job openings Performs background checks Reviews and recommends qualified candidates for opening positions JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews and classifies applications/resumes for qualifications of available openings. Works with team members to help identify contacts for source of qualified candidates. Initiates contact with possible candidates for specific job openings. Provides information on job opportunities to potential candidates and guidance to eventual applicants. Interviews candidates to confirm work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. Assists with internet on-line recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.

Professional speaking ability directly to a person via the telephone or internet. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word). Knowledge of employment laws. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure. Knowledge of functions and operations of major U.S. Military commands preferred.



**Requires two (2) years experience recruiting in MULTIPLE industries. Strong knowledge of Boolean Search strings is required.

Taleo Experience STRONGLY preferred. Aviation, engineering, or technical recruiting experience strongly preferred.

High School Diploma is required.

Bachelor s degree in an associated discipline preferred.
