Job Title: Manager, Enterprise Risk Management - USA
PURPOSE
The Enterprise Risk Management (USA) group is responsible for defining and implementing an effective risk framework and governance structure in the United States and for Client, its subsidiaries and the combined U.S. operations of CLIENT. In particular, the incumbent's core responsibilities are to assist and contribute to:
  1. The design and implementation of US Basel III Market Risk RWA generation for Client
  2. The design and implementation of the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process for Client;
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

US Basel III Market Risk RWA Design and Implementation
  • Support the development of market risk regulatory capital leveraging CLIENT capabilities where possible;
  • Understanding of the Client trading book;
  • Generation of models-based general market risk RWA;
  • Generation of standardized market risk RWA including the SSFA calculation for securitized products;
  • Assist in the development of process to generate incremental risk charge;
  • Coordination with IT to develop and refine the process for RWA generation and reporting
  • Documentation of process and Basel III rules;
    CCAR Design and Implementation
  • Assist in the development of stress testing across all risk categories leveraging CLIENT standards and capabilities where possible.
  • Knowledge of CCAR regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of the Client balance sheet;

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS
  • At least three years of risk management experience obtained in a financial institution or other comparable environment;
  • In-depth knowledge of trading products;
  • Ability to handle a significant and diverse workload;
  • Experience in the production of Market Risk RWA
  • Understanding of US Basel III rules for Market Risk RWA
  • Understanding of the Simplified Supervisory Formula Approach (SSFA )
  • Knowledge of CCAR and DFAST a plus
