Responsible for ordering supplies and accounts payable. Will handle the  sorting and distributing of incoming mail for Companion Services. Data entry of all new government referrals and maintains the files for all Florida Government Agencies.  Will assist with the investigation and rebilling of denied claims
Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                  
  1. Data Entry of new referrals
  2. Process supply orders through Boise and other authorized suppliers.
  3. Maintain filing for all Florida Government Agencies.
  4. Coordinate ordering and billing for office infrastructure (e.g. building, facilities maintenance, office equipment installation and maintenance including copiers, mail machines, faxes, etc.)
  5. Place service calls for all office equipment
  6. Provide day to day administrative billing support to Consolidated Billing Team
  7. Process accounts payable invoices and tracking of same via ORACLE.
  8. Sort and distribute mail daily.
  9. Responsible for researching and investigating Denied Claims.
Education:                           High school degree or equivalent
Experience:             1-2 years of office, clerical or billing experience 
Skills:                     Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute
                              Must posses' excellent customer service skills
                              Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
                              Must be able to demonstrate oral. Written and verbal communication skills.
