  • The position of Royalty Payment Manager will be directly responsible for the timely and accurate processing of company's royalty reporting and related payment processes.
  • This position requires an acute level of attention to detail strong excel skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and exciting environment.
  • The position has the primary responsibility of insuring and confirming the completeness and accuracy of system generated reports resolving discrepancies maintaining content provider databases and ensuring timely payment of both advances and royalty payments to over 3000 rights holders.
  • This includes defining and deploying verification processes that help and improve internal controls related to royalties.
  • The position is directly responsible for all current processes including preparation of the royalty statements and summary sheets uploading payment data to A/P as well as the actual distribution of the reports and payments to the content providers.
  • The successful candidate should have experience with identify and implementing automation improvements to help reduce current manual processes.
  • This position will also be expected to take an active contributing role in the design of future system automation and reporting development.
  • The position will be required to work closely with the Content team and Data Warehouse department in order to maintain payment and processing schedules as well as all contract compliance.
  • Prepare reconciliations and controls related to roll-forward accuracy advance allocations and completeness.
  • Perform analysis and preparation of other ad hoc supplemental reporting.
  • Assist in handling provider queries and related issues support and update tools for content customer care team
