Job Description:

  • Provide daily support based on tasks/request submitted through Remedy and Systems Engineering.
  • Configure, install and troubleshoot personal computers, Macs, notebooks, PDAs, Blackberries, printers and scanners in a primarily Ecommerce environment.
  • Perform end-user support for desktop and Mac; Applications, including Microsoft Office, standard software and specialty software
  • Maintain PCs and Macs with latest patches and current anti-virus software, etc.
  • Asset management: Maintain and update the Department hardware and software inventory database.
  • Provide assistance and support for Level 1 team members, interact with the team on daily basis.
  • Assist and Support for troubleshooting and resolution of Low-Medium issues
  • Follow up on incidents and problem related to the client
  • Develop documentations and enforce process for Level 1 team.

  • Experience working in a team and high level technology environment (3 year+)
  • Experience supporting personal computer users in a team and high level technology environment (3+ years)
  • Experience working in Microsoft Active Directory environment
  • Proficient in the use of desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Proficient in the use and support of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7, 2003/2008/2012)
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all corporate policies, processes and workplace guidelines.
  • Ability to work under pressure occasionally.
