Looking for a UX/UI lead who is comfortable interfacing with the full range of client stakeholders, from senior execs to staff in the front, middle and back office, business, operations and IT.

Ability to provide a structured UX methodology and apply that methodology across a complex trading business with numerous applications, complex trade flows, disparate user interfaces. Knows how to gather information about business processes, applications, challenges and pain points.

Works hands-on to create high level and detailed deliverables as an individual contributor and build relationships with all constituencies. Able to structure and orchestrate an entire program of UX work in a dynamic and loosely structured environment. Able to holistically analyze a very complex trading environment, engage users, assess business processes, identify and quantify problems, and define strategic and tactical proposals / projects to improve the user experience.

Able to demonstrate high level success in capital markets / financial services, preferably Structured Products and/or Fixed Income.
