Job Summary The Junior Compliance Administrator analyzes contracts to ensure compliance with Contracts Policies and Procedures as well as Government contract compliance issues, including Contract Brief Sustainment. May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies, Audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
Principal Accountabilities - Analyze contracts to ensure full compliance with contract terms. Evaluates contracts for conformance with policies, practices and standards to meet business objectives and to ensure compliance with customer specifications and government regulations. - Monitors company performance and ensures business requirements and processes are developed, implemented, and completed in accordance with company best practices. - Reviews basic contract and contract modification requirements and ensures contracts system compliance, performing ongoing audits of contract documents and Contract Briefs. Assists in developing audit implementation Improvements. - Prepares and disseminates information throughout the organization regarding contract status, compliance, and any training needs. - Works closely with contracts personnel to ensure compliance with FAR and company policies, while assisting off-site personnel in completing compliance contract administration functions. - Develops checklists and coordinates with contracts staff to implement efficiencies and improvements to compliance current practices. - Analyzes contracts requirements and implements compliance activities, to include scheduling and completion of training on various compliance topics. - Assists in development and implementation of compliance corrective action plans. - Performs other duties as assigned
- Strong analytical skills - Working Knowledge of account that includes spreadsheets and relational data bases programs for data processing techniques. - Excellent communication, analytical, and people skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Good working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulations (DFAR), Experience and Education
Four (4) years experience in contracts, business or accounting may be substituted for each of the four (4) years of college. - 4-6 years in contract/subcontract administration and government cost accounting environment
Bachelo degree in an associated discipline. Four (4) years experience in contracts, business or accounting may be substituted for each of the four (4) years of college.
