Our Client is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their NY office and Global Recruitment Team.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will perform a wide range of activities, including but not limited to responsibility for hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring employee satisfaction and various day to day HR missions. You will also collaborate with the Global HR Team on Global projects and initiatives to make sure we continually build the best team and culture for our employees.

As a Senior Recruiter you will:
  • Lead Talent Acquisition processes:
    • Partner with hiring managers and own the recruiting process end to end.
    • Understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategies for each position.
    • Find the best people out there by sourcing qualified candidates and creating a high-quality pipeline.
    • Give your recommendation and act as the HR advisor for hiring decisions.
    • Own the negotiation process with final stage candidates, from offer to acceptance.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our talent acquisition process.
  • Create and own an amazing candidate and new hire experience.
  • Take responsibility for the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Run day to day HR missions and ensure our employees are set up for success by providing an outstanding employee experience and levels of service.
  • Initiate continuous improvement initiatives that support our growing US offices.
  • Execute culture building activities (company events, wellness plan etc.).

What will I bring to the team?
  • Bachelor's degree- a must.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience recruiting and working for multicultural global tech companies.
  • Experience in recruiting Enterprise Sales executives through social networks- a great advantage.
  • Good knowledge of US labor law and regulations.
  • Proven ability to effectively self-motivate.
  • Can do approach.
  • A great communicator - both written and verbal English. A secondary language will be considered an advantage.
  • A true team player who is willing and excited to contribute to our team's and company's success.
  • Detail oriented and process-driven.
  • Ability to travel occasionally overseas to TLV Headquarters.
