Job Description -
  • Achieves deep understanding of Search products, and product team goals
  • Works closely with engineering and product teams to identify human rating process weaknesses and makes recommendations on how to improve them
  • Tracks recurrent issues and product health and details progress
  • Ensures vendor is following guidelines correctly, and assesses quality of their work
  • On-boards, trains, and coordinates a small team of auditors on products and tools, as well as tracks productivity and quality of their work
  • Works with product team to set up product pilots, ad-hoc projects, and User Interface studies
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
  • Participate in product teams brainstorms and provide direction on how to improve data quality
  • Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports
  • Review existing project guidelines, research and substantiate concept definitions that will help improve guidelines understanding
  • Prepare and support action plans, oversee and document all aspects of the projects worked on
  • Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Leadership skills: cross functional team coordination and keeping people motivated to collaborate, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Time Management: Ability to spin multiple plates at once
  • Analytical Skills: solve problems that come up during a typical work day. Analyze data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
  • Operational: achieve objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans
  • Review issue reporting, productivity, quality, of internal auditors
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of social media and search engines
  • Technical aptitude, such as Excel and SQL skills or other technical background
  • Ability to make sound recommendations based on data
  • Aptitude for leadership
  • Proactive, and willing to take initiative in improving projects
