Job Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Additional Comments: Experience with .NET applications, Windows server, batch and Powershell scripting, Windows registry, and Microsoft SQL. Familiar with writing and executing test cases/scripts. Acquainted with Legal applications, including document management, records management, and matter management. Role is within IT Team that supports Legal Affairs Line of Business. May need to occasionally communicate and work with business users. Must be able to work independently and across virtual teams, detail oriented with strong organizational and follow up skills. Able to work on concurrent projects/items and produce needed documentation.
