Job Description: *Pay Rate $16.85; Bill Rate $22.50*

As a Servicing Processor II for the Impact Processing Team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing contracts and agreements for firms and their producers while following all compliance and state guidelines. The main function of the role is to set up contracts and agreements using the IMPACT system. As part of the process, you will ensure that the hierarchy set up is accurate, the correct products are added to the agreement, producers hold the appropriate licenses, and the compensation structure is in line with the agreement.

Process Management
• Reviews contracting paperwork for accuracy and processes transactions while maintaining or exceeding productivity and quality guidelines as set by the department
• Processes all types of producer solutions operations transactions exhibiting the increased technical knowledge of the necessary systems and understanding of processes and procedures in order to complete job responsibilities
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of state licensing and appointment requirements along with Lincoln Financial Group's distribution models and products
• Tests processes and system updates or enhancements to verify operational efficiency and alignment with business needs in support of products, departmental process and distribution channels as required
• Identifies potential system and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy Provides this feedback to managers
• Maintains confidentiality of producer information and observes privacy regulations

• 3+ years of experience that aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position is preferred
• Knowledge of Producer Solutions Operations systems such as PMACS, IMPACT, AWD, SIRCON, WEBCRD, and Issue Log database is preferred
• Computer Skills: Windows 7 and Microsoft Office proficient
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of the organization
