Job Description: Primary responsibilities will include the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors. May be asked to arrange for conference room reservations or food deliveries or arrange for transportation services as well as answer incoming calls to a front desk. May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties. Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor is critical. High School diploma and relevant experience is required.
Comments for Suppliers: Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Will operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4+ years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a professional environment. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Will assist office with filing, faxing, copying, mail distribution and overnight pick up and deliveries. Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conference room scheduling/maintenance. Orders office supplies, arranges catering and transportation services. Assist with other general office functions as directed by administrative staff. Knowledge of intermediate MS Word, Excel and general office equipment.
