Coordinate internal and external meetings for 2+ Executives
Manage hectic and complex calendars
Prepare expense reports
Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
Work well with our comms and PR teams for all press asks and speaking engagements
Organize space planning and large offsite events
General office duties as needed
Build cross-functional relationships between departments
Able to multi-task and change direction quickly
Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation

5+ years of recent experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives (recent is within last 3-5 years)
5+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
5+ years of calendar management and expense report management for 1 or more executives
Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook
Strong knowledge in the following programs: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, keynote, Quip, Concur,
Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
Able to prioritize multiple assignments
Excellent communication skills via all means of communication
Strong scheduling and calendar prioritization skills
Knowledgeable about organizing small and large off-site events
Experience with scaling space management and planning to accommodate regular growth amongst teams
Able to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
Able to hit the ground running and take charge of the position
Passionate for client
Must be able to work collaborative with the admin org
Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes
Constantly searching for new and exciting ways to strengthen team programs
Be proactive and self-directed with an ability to take direction
Active knowledge of how to engage team members and interact with managers to make quick and effective transitions
Strong work ethic
An understanding of how to assimilate in a new group with a proven record of solid connections and successful relationships
Experience at a high-tech company preferred, but not required
