Part Time: 3 days/24 hrs per week; 8am-5pm.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
  • This position has the responsibility and authority to provide logistical and administrative support for the Navigation Access Center (NAC), a Sales Operations Group.
  • Responsible to update and maintain the NAC department databases and part of the regulatory database.
  • Responsible for some of the coordination and scheduling of capital and disposable products managed by the NAC.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction levels throughout our organization. Interfacing with all levels of the organization as necessary will be required
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with continual updating of the NAC fleet with current products.
  • Maintain a complete system history record file for each fixed Asset system
  • Coordinate system logistics, including inventory, shipping, and tracking of all NAC systems and kits
  • Contributes to quality improvement processes.
  • Maintain familiarity with status of calls and issues at surgical eval and demo sites.
  • All activities must be performed in compliance with the Quality System.
  • Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with electronic devices.
  • Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong understanding of FDA standards.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2+ years related experience.
