Objective
Provide an additional resource dedicated to the field enablement workstream to accomplish all 2018 priorities across both the SMA and MS therapeutic areas. This resource would take direction from the Sr. Manager, Field Enablement on pull through of these 2018 initiative.

2018 Projects
In 2018, both therapeutic areas will be implementing Key Account Management processes within VEEVA CRM. On the SMA side we will be working on enhancing the RDAEs users experience within VEEVA CRM by providing a more robust account profile, automating the lead generation process with the ability to understand which have been actioned, and optimizing call routing. In addition, we will be enabling the Clinical Specialists in VEEVA CRM that will provide leads for RDAEs in our lower tier accounts. VEEVA will be updating their interface in August to the new VEEVA sunrise platform – impacting all field teams. Additionally, will be working on another SMA account re-tiering project, we'll automate the management of our HCO and HCP affiliation universes for both SMA and MS, and create a pre-call planning view in My Insights for TBMs. Lastly, we need to start considering the impact of Aducanumab on field enablement.

Scope of Work
In general, the additional resource will work with business teams, CIM, IT, and Sales Training to provide requirements to new or existing field enablement processes and applications. Once requirements are established, this person would provide overall management of the implementation of their assigned initiatives. Responsibilities and activities will include:

• Working with IT to document requirements for VEEVA CRM related updates
• Provide input to IT BA on UAT script creation and conduct actual user acceptance testing
• Creation of quick cards and rollout presentations for new features and functionality
• Partner with business teams and sales training to assure new technologies are rolled out in the context of business processes
• Work with Field Enablement lead to gather field team feedback and determine possible solutions in existing or potential new applications
