Job Location : Menlo Park, CA
Job Duration : 6 months of contract position

  • Review quality across a variety of experiences to ensure high quality user experiences
  • Review and label data points to improve quality signals
  • Identify patterns and trends in day-to-day tasks
  • Provide feedback to cross functional product teams and engineers to improve product quality
  • Deliver Daily Issues List for workflows in a brisk and timely manner.
  • Drive guideline changes through problem definition and feedback.
  • Responsible for becoming well-versed in guidelines for their assigned area.
  • Monitor, drive, and maintain quality of workflows.
  • Comb through data and isolate quality issues.
  • Identify problems with workflow and escalate as necessary.
  • Identify common issues and root cause at a granular level.
  • Work with vendors and cross-functional partners to improve data quality.
  • Work with lead to come up with solutions for issues.
  • Suggest guideline changes from analyzing workflow issues.
  • Suggest actions for vendor and product teams through a strong understanding of the data content.
  • On-board & train new auditors for various verticals.
  • Should be able to advise/assist teammates within reason.
  • Understand tooling well enough to provide feedback.
  • Complete Ad Hocs as needed.
  • Pilot new workflows and adapts to change easily.
  • Deliver feedback on new guidelines.
  • Identify pain points in anticipation of future rater issues.
  • Identify issues with UI and suggest improvements.
  • Encourage auditors to apply their unique skills, and share them with the team i.e.
  • Strong analytical writer, understanding of data analysis or SQL.
  • Multi-lingual language skills a plus (i.e. Spanish, German etc.)
  • Ability to quickly absorb training across products and tools.
  • Self-Starter which strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel and/or Project Management tools. Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with Social media and web and mobile, understanding of basic search queries and results.
  • Ability to perform autonomously, in a large group setting and to adapt to a highly dynamic environment.
  • Penchant for technology, data analysis, problem solving and has a strong interest in quality and user experience.
