 What you get to do:
  • Play key role in defining features and user experience for Wand suite of software products on web & mobile platforms.
  • Translate product strategy into details requirements & prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on the business & customer needs
  • Contribute to the strategic prioritization of roadmap features and communicate to the Senior Executive Team 
  • Ensure all aspects of roadmap delivery 
  • Collaborate across teams - this role plays a critical role in creating alignment between engineering and other stakeholders
  • Write documentation including product scope, user stories, user flows, value propositions, go-to-market plans, test cases, and issues/tickets
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement
 About you:
  • 2+ years of product management experience. How long you've been doing this is much less important that what you've been able to do. But if we had to put a time frame on things, you've probably been at the PM game for at least two years, and possibly quite a bit longer.
  • Proven track record of successful products that have had demonstrable impact. You'll need to be able to give examples of products that you've built that made a difference to your customers and your company.
  • Ability to partner with engineering and business to develop comprehensive and aligned roadmaps for success
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate to various levels of management.

  • Previous experience in contingent staffing industry
  • Experience with prototyping tools Axure, InVision, Sketch
