  • This role is classified more as an administrative one. To provide an additional resource dedicated to the needs of the Field Operations workstream to support the daily needs of the Field Communications and Operations team for both the SMA and MS therapeutic areas. This resource would take direction from the Manager, Field Communications and Operations.
  • This resource request is being submitted to maintain the current level of activity required to successfully meet the needs of our stakeholders on both the MS and SMA teams. This request is not to advance any specific processes, but to prevent additional impacts to the quality of the Field Operations systems and project turnaround times. Presently, the Field Communications and Operations team is overburdened and has significant responsibilities that it is unable to attend to. These neglected responsibilities are of high priority and are in need of attention. The scope of these responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

Other Duties :
  • Quarterly audits to clean/confirm data of CEI, Fleetview, and Field Directory
  • Decreased quality of the Field Operations systems (BAM, Field Directory, CEI, Fleetview)
  • Automation of payroll files
  • Moving iRide to Sharepoint Online to improve user experience
  • Audits of FedEx accounts for Field team
  • FieldLink user, role, and audience updates
  • Upkeep of the Field calendar on SPIN

Scope of Work :
  • In general, the additional resource will work with the Field Operations team on day-to-day needs and system input/management.
  • Responsibilities and activities will include:
  • Assist with management of BAM platform, including completion of new hires/transfers/exit/change of addresses needs
  • Notifications to internal stakeholders of new hires/transfers/exits/change of addresses
  • Monitoring of the Field Operations mailbox
  • Set-up FedEx accounts for new hires Quality control and updates of FedEx and WB Mason accounts for Field Employee account
  • Assist with the content and calendar build for FieldLink 2.0
  • Partner with the Program Operations team to manage the Field calendars on SPIN and FieldLink 2.0
