  • Handle administrative requests and queries for two VPs in Corporate Finance
  • Some bookkeeping or accounting background helpful but Accounting degree is not required
  • Advanced typing/key boarding skills required
  • Advanced in MS Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent with time management, scheduling appoints and meeting deadlines
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments utilizing MS Outlook
  • Planning meetings and scheduling appointments
  • Creating and organizing files
  • Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintain appropriate filling systems.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent with time management, scheduling appointments and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus.
  • Previous New York Life temporary administrative assistant is helpful
