Job Title: HR Coordinator - Zoro

Zoro, a $500 million e-commerce company specializing in products that help businesses clean, build, fix, and operate is experiencing another period of amazing growth. This has led to high-volume levels of human resources activity pertaining to talent acquisition, talent management and administration. A temporary HR Coordinator will be ideal to help Zoro get through this peak time, but will also provide the Coordinator an opportunity to work on a dynamic HR team and operate within an exciting e-commerce environment and award-winning culture, and build some strong professional relationships along the way – a win/win scenario!

• Support Zoro’s talent acquisition function through communication, scheduling, and sourcing efforts.

• Provide administrative support including filing, supply procurement, preparing new hire materials and paperwork

• Update database of open positions, assist applicants with post offer (pre-hire) paperwork.

• Serve as a point of contact with background investigation and drug screen service providers.

• Assist with employee on-boarding and orientation

• Assist the HR team with special projects pertaining to talent management that are impactful on the business

• Other duties as assigned

• College degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant work experience

• Prior experience in an e-commerce or technology-based environment preferred (1+ years)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in personal computer applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to provide feedback to business partners

• Ability to adhere to deadlines

• Capacity to multi-task and prioritize effectively, with a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities as business needs change
