  • We are seeking a Program Manager who can partner effectively with Client's leadership and a host of cross-functional teams.
  • This person will be responsible for coordinating internal cross-functional teams and is passionate and energized about implementing operational rigor.
  • This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong communication, and a background in program management and data analytics.
  • The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, biased towards action professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization.
  • This is a full-time position and is located in our Menlo Park, California office.
Responsibilities
  • Work with a range of internal partners to execute on our operational goals to support the Platform
  • Partnerships organization
  • Support teams with developing data requirements for performance measurement & reporting
  • Work with product, engineers and partnership teams to implement dashboards relevant for all levels of the organization
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics and develop and execute against team goals
  • Management of ticketing task queues for Developer Circles
  • Managing the onboarding process of developer circles leads
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • 5+ years' experience in program management or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management & operational efficiency experience.
