Job Title: End User Services (EUS) Communications Coordinator
Location: New York, NY

Job Description:

As the EUS Communication Coordinator, you will plan, write, edit and coordinate the distribution of a wide variety of technology-related internal communications while focusing on continuous process, tooling, and readability/distribution methodology improvement.The right candidate is a solid writer and editor with an analytical mind, a hunger to stretch his/her skills, a passion for communicating through the written word and familiarity the Information Technology field. Your strong project management and organizational skills will be critical at each stage of the communications process, from project intake to monitoring the progress of deliverables and prioritizing competing work streams, to ultimately ensuring timely delivery of first-rate work to our clients. You will have frequent exposure to senior EUS colleagues, and should be comfortable presenting to, and advising, this audience.

Responsibilities:
* Draft, edit, proofread and distribute communications
* Manage incoming requests, keeping track of the team's progress and deadlines
* Manage ongoing editorial process
* Serve as a single point of contact regarding Communications model escalations
* Execute end user communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers
* Ensure initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
* Ensure communications are distributed in a timely manner including escalating to senior management in order to obtain approvals
* Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as internal social media, change notifications, and SharePoint
* Keep clients abreast of progress and answer their questions
* Use internal social media forums to communicate with staff (Jive)
* Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums
* Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
* Measure and present results of communication efforts
* Create/maintain process documentation as well as the EUS Communications SharePoint
* Manage tooling used for communication, creation, management and distribution (BlastMail, OneMail, Salesforce, etc.)
* Work to evolve the DMS Communication Model by exploring process and tooling improvements

Skills:
* Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex, technical information into easy-to-understand language
* Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
* Ability to build relationships across the HR division/Firm, with subject matter experts, members of the legal team, technologists, graphic designers, etc.
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Flexible, agile and team-oriented; able to work calmly, quickly and error-free during stressful times

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree - major in communications, marketing, English or liberal arts a plus
* Proven communicator with minimum of 4 years
* Experience in Technology
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects
* Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of deliverables
* Prior expertise in distribution tooling of mass communications
* Expert knowledge of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Jive (or other social networking platforms for business), Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint desirable
