We are looking for a mid to senior level Product Manager to join our Delivery Team leading web projects for industry-leading clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Leadership in brainstorming and idea generation with the client
Thought provoking ways to collect feedback from users and then act on that feedback
The confidence to put a crazy idea on the table, talk through it, and be OK if it's rejected.
Competencies in business analyst skills. Can you turn the ideas into written requirements?
A curious mind
The ability to understand what has to be done in the short term to build to a long term result
Accountability, technical aptitude, and strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in using and adapting tools as needed to add value to the agile/lean processes.

Job Responsibilities
Works closely with primary Client Stakeholder/Product Owner to determine scope, goals and objectives of new projects.
Works with Client Stakeholder/Product Owner to understand and communicate the vision and keep it visible to the team
Works with the Client Stakeholder/Product Owner to maintain the product backlog of features, epics, stories, and tasks.
Works with the Client Stakeholder/Product Owner to maintain the priority of the Sprint Backlog items and Product Backlog items.
Provide support to ScrumMaster during sprint ceremonies and cycles, ensuring the vision is being delivered
Facilitates Road-mapping and Release Planning, and with the Client and Product Owner, manages the Roadmap and Release Plan
Works with the team and the stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of the product backlog and everyone's understanding of the items it contains through Release Planning and Backlog Grooming ceremonies

Additional Skills & Competencies we are looking for
Three or more years' experience writing user stories
Strong knowledge of Scrum and the ability to do coaching and mentoring of less experienced team members
Ability to explain the technical to a non-technical audience while retaining an appropriate level of detail.
Background in custom software development activities and projects
Works independently without close supervision
Preferred experience with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA
