Workplace Coordinator:
Seeking organized, responsible, energetic, collaborative and motivated individual to provide a high level of administrative and practical support to the Facilities Team. Constantly seeking out ways to improve the work environment and make it comfortable for everyone while acting as a host at all times. This person will work closely with the Sr. Facilities Managers to provide front of house service, general head of office and administrative support of the highest quality while maintaining highest level of company confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
· Take genuine care and responsibility for the entire workplace. Our conference rooms, breakout spaces and pantries are designed to look fantastic while being functional. You are responsible for keeping them maintained and ready for use at all times.
· Maintain relationships with all office-related vendors as the primary point of contact for Audible.
· Manage and track inventory of office supplies, restroom amenities and other goods allocated to the workplace function.
· Conduct daily walk-throughs and ensure the workplace is prepared for employees.
· Assist with the coordination of building maintenance requirements. Create work tickets to track and alert rest of team of incidents and track progress.
· Liaison with building management, projects and preventative maintenance schedule
· Partner with team members to coordinate the on-site candidate/visitor experience. Ensure all candidates and visitors leave the office with a positive, lasting impression.
· Help set-up and prep for events and office meetings. Ability to lift and move office equipment up to 30lbs.
· Support and work on additional projects/tasks/events as assigned by our Sr. Managers of Facilities and the Sr. Manager of Corporate Events
Qualifications:
· Experience in hospitality, office administration, office management, or facilities management
· 2 years related work experience is required
· General knowledge of trades (electric, HVAC, plumbing)
· Great communication skills
· Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
· Creative problem solver, team player and resourceful
· Ambitious, proactive, highly responsible and highly organized
· Demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic, & ownership of work
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to take direction and work independently
