Position Description The Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) will be transferred from the Client (Client) to the Department of Health (DOH). This transition will provide increased efficiency, coordination, and integrate mental health and addiction prevention and treatment services within DOH. All DMHAS related requests must be escalated so the DOH environment is set up and ready to receive over 5,700 users by the target date. This procurement requests requires a quick turnaround. This purchase is needed to provide the Department of Health with expert Deskside support assistance during the DMHAS transition to DOH in the switching central office staff and the hospitals to the DOH desktop computer images. This includes re-imaging DMHAS computer to a standard DOH image, encrypting laptop, applying Active Directory security policies, the installation/deployment of Office 36, assistance with the migration of users to the Office 365 tenant for email and mobile phone support for Office 365.
Skills Required Microsoft Suite - High Proficiency level Microsoft Office 365 - High Proficiency Level Mobile Phones & Microsoft Office 365 - High Proficiency Level Computer proficiency and troubleshooting - High Networking Microsoft SCCM, Remote Access, Goto Assist Printers and other peripherals Absolute computrace Encryption/Bitlocker Windows 7,8 & 10 PC Imaging and setups Software installation and troubleshooting
Skills Preferred
Experience Required Minimum of 2-3 years of deskside technician experience.
Experience Preferred
Education Required Working on or holding a degree or certificate in Computer Technology, Data Processing or related IT field.

Additional Information Up to 60% travel is required. Mileage, tolls & parking will be reimbursed (following State mileage reimbursement guide of $0.31 Candidate must be eligible to become a NJ employee (although not a guarantee of future employment with the SoNJ)
