Job Description Summary
The Senior Analyst for Enterprise Resilience within Corporate Security is responsible for supporting global technology recovery by adhering to best in class Enterprise Resilience practices and department policies while implementing or maintaining systems in the production recovery environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Facilitate cross-functional review sessions to promote technology recovery requirements and annual cycle requirements, obtain input, feedback and direction for documentation purposes.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, timing, room, materials, and invitations.
  • Lead review meetings capturing appropriate information, ideas and concepts and contribute to the success of the meetings.
  • Create appropriate documentation based on input and feedback attained by participation in review sessions or via informational emails.
  • Prepare, review and update all documentation for meetings/discussions.
  • Create documentation according to methodology and formats based on the department standards.
  • Conduct meetings with business owners, project team and appropriate Client staff to facilitate the development of recovery procedures.
  • Monitor schedules and plans to ensure achievement of project results (project objectives, tasks, testing and documentation) are complete on time.
  • Facilitate exercise execution with all recovery team members while ensuring production operations are protected
  • Open and timely communication with project team and management regarding progress and planning.
  • Manage the documentation, coordination and tracking of issues to their closure/resolution. Escalate issues to management when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of multiple IT disciplines including Windows and Unix platforms; Web and eCommerce space, Oracle, Postgres, DB2 and Microsoft SQL database environments; Mainframe and Tandem; and networking acquired through 5 – 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to identify deficiencies in recovery strategies, plans and internal processes
  • Ability to communicate user and technical information, both orally and in written form.
  • Knowledgeable user of Adobe, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Visio
  • Ability to learn and utilize special software for database capture of procedures – Fusion Risk Management
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and technical staff
  • Ability to present in front of large audience.

Occasional travel is required. Some weekend work is expected. On-call requirements including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education:
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and formal education. Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) preferred.
