Director Level positions salary range is $125k-135k annually.

*INCENTIVE PLAN: You will also be eligible to participate in the 2018 performance-based incentive compensation plan with a possible payout in 2019. The plan has a 10.00 % target of base compensation and a 13.00% maximum of base compensation, based upon achievement of goals linked to organizational and individual performance that are mutually agreed in advance. The incentive plan award will be prorated based on the date of hire. Please note the final authorization to pay leadership performance incentives is vested in the sole discretion of Grady's Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and are all payments are contingent upon Board approval.

Job Summary:
Grady is a Baby Friendly designated hospital and a Level III Perinatal Program. The Director for Mother/Baby and Antepartum services is responsible for the operations for Mother/Baby couplet care, Antepartum, and benign Gyn surgery. This is a 37-bed inpatient unit with an Client of 27 patients.

The Unit Director (CEO of the clinical unit) is responsible and accountable for the unit's overall strategic and operational planning, operations, and the provision and evaluation of patient care by all unit staff members and others, such as providers, ancillary staff, and students who provides care, treatment, and services on the unit. The Unit Director serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for the unit's reputation and performance. The Unit Director provides 24/7 leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, finance, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership & professional development.

Master's degree in Nursing.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director for Mother Baby unit.
Experience with operational oversight of an inpatient Antepartum program (preferred)
Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse.
