Duration 1+ years. Applicant tracking system is "Success Factors. " Need is for heavy experience in full cycle recruitment. This role will start off supporting business function type groups at the Downtown location - i.e. IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Communications, etc. Business facing (get in front of the client) and client focused individuals. Need is for a recruiters who has developed their own sourcing strategies and do their own sourcing. This contract position is responsible for managing full cycle recruitment against a portfolio of requisitions. The recruiter will be expected to drive the talent acquisition process with a real focus on value, quality and flexibility. This contract position requires excellent relationship management skills as well as the ability to source and attract diverse candidates in a scarce skills environment supporting both our corporate and field stakeholders. This position will also be responsible for supporting the pipeline of qualified talent to ensure a great candidate experience. Additionally, this role will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships to support the long term strategic talent acquisition needs on behalf of the LYB organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Search for qualified candidates to meet client needs through the Internet, job fairs, trade shows, advertisements and other sources.

• Be able to plan and develop sourcing strategies for niche critical hard to fill roles.
• Contact candidates, screen resumes, check references to identify qualified candidates and match available positions on a daily basis.
• If required, set up interviews and prepare candidates for the interviewing process.
• Build relationships to generate referrals, identify needs and market candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the interview and employment process.
• Follow up with customers on recent submittals to determine effectiveness of fit and suggestions for improvement.
• Visit sites to evaluate site culture and maintain field employee relationships.
• Maintains contact with clients to provide excellent customer service.


• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Knowledge of Corporate policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment practices.
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership capability and above average communication skills.

• Capability to demonstrate proficiency in Technical (Engineering) and Managerial recruitment and selection techniques.

• As a minimum, must be able to demonstrate those skills commensurate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Excel, Word Processing and PowerPoint
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years experience with hands on full cycle recruitment
